How a booking works
This is how the app works today. Captain's Quarters isn't open for sign-ups yet, and details may change before launch.
Add your ships and captains
Create a profile for each ship with photos, trip times and prices, and link the captains who can run it, along with their hours and time off.
Guests book and pay a deposit
Guests pick a ship, date and trip time on your booking page, enter their details and pay the deposit through a secure hosted card checkout.
Confirmation, waiver and reminders
The guest gets a confirmation email with links to sign the waiver and manage the booking. Reminders go out before the trip, with texts only to guests who opted in.
Run the trip and log it
The captain sees the day's trips on a phone, records the balance at the dock, and fills in the captain's log afterward, which feeds your reports.
